Tom Roland, Managing Director, MorganFranklin Consulting
Tom Roland leads MorganFranklin Consulting’s Strategy and Transformation practice and is responsible for finance, reporting, and operations practice development and client service delivery, primarily in support of multi-national organizations. In the past 15 years, Tom has run engagements in over 40 countries and delivered services across all of MorganFranklin’s solutions. He prides himself on working closely with clients to properly understand and identify challenges and collaborating to develop solution roadmaps. Prior to joining MorganFranklin, he worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in the firm’s assurance and advisory practice.
Barbara Ard, Managing Director, MorganFranklin Consulting
Barbara Ard specializes in advising fast-growing private and public companies on accounting and transaction services matters. She has more than 25 years of experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, M&A, IPO readiness, and corporate governance. Barbara has led a number of MorganFranklin clients through successful IPOs and M&A transactions since joining the firm in 2013. Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Barbara served as a senior managing director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at FTI Consulting and as a partner at Deloitte. She also served as CFO of ServiceBench, a venture-backed software company.
