Jeff Hite serves as senior vice president of economic development for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. In this role, Hite manages a team of project managers responsible for promoting Nashville and the Middle Tennessee region as a prime location for business investment, relocation, and expansion. Jeff and team work on a day-to-day basis with corporate executives of relocating and expanding companies as well as professional site consultants, typically hired by "Fortune 500" level clients to advise on relocation/expansion investments and locations. Hite is a board member for the Tennessee Economic Partnership, NAIOP Nashville Chapter, and twice named one of North America's top 50 economic developers.

Jeff oversees acquisitions and organic growth for Vaco, as well as serving as our VP of Government Affairs. He’s responsible for maintaining relationships at the local and state levels of economic development and paving the way for corporate relocations to the Nashville market. In short, he helps bring big business to the area, including Warner Music Group, Alliance Bernstein, and CKE Brands.
