The SEC continues to challenge companies segment reporting analysis and conclusions.  Recent updates to the segment disclosure accounting guidance are intended to ensure detailed segment information is being provided.

  • Understand how the segment reporting accounting guidance has changed.
  • Understand the accounting implications of segment reporting.
  • Understand actions taken by the SEC to ensure segment information is properly presented.

 

How to earn your credit:
