Q: Why do you do the job you do?
A: I am blessed to get to know amazing people, their stories, and their ambitions. Likewise, I get excited to learn about employers, their business model, their strategic vision and then play the role of matching those two parties up. The best call in the world in this profession to get is hearing from our clients saying “Thank for you this incredible opportunity!” or “Thank you for finding this tremendous addition to our team!”
Q: What is one piece of advice you wish you could tell your younger self?
A: Don’t follow the money or desires of other people. Take a chance to follow what stirs your own heart.
Q: Who is your biggest inspiration?
A: In life – Jesus. Professionally – all the people who have taken a chance on me and encouraged me along the way!
Q: What are you currently binging?
A: In Covid world – it’s been all about escaping to the outdoors for me! Hiking (chasing waterfalls and mountain views) and kayaking have filled my spare time whenever possible in the past year.
