Hayle Yokley joined the Vaco family in 2021. She has 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Relationship Management and prides herself on her interpersonal skills. She would describe herself as steady, empathetic, and resourceful.
Q: Why do you do the job you do?
A: I was laid off, at no fault of my own, twice before I was 25, and again in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Because of these experiences I can empathize with candidates in the job search, and I think that makes me a great and personable recruiter. There is nothing better in this business than helping my candidates land their next job because I know what a big deal it is to them.
Q:What is one piece of advice you wish you could tell your younger self?
A: Give yourself some grace! You don’t have to have it all together all the time.
Q: Who is your biggest inspiration?
A: My kids and my husband. They make the hustle of being a wife, mom, and woman in the workforce all worth it.
