Q: Why do you do the job you do?
A: Each day offers a new challenge that provides a sense of fulfillment at the end of the week. Whether that sense of fulfillment is on a personal level, a team level with your colleagues, or from the relationship you build with your consultants and watching them grow.
Q: What is one piece of advice you wish you could tell your younger self?
A: Never take the opportunities you have to be with your family and friends for granted - spend as much time as you can with them. You never know when there might be a global pandemic and you don’t have a choice...
Q: Who is your biggest inspiration?
A: My Grandmother. She lived through the Great Depression, WWI, WWII, survived Polio, Vietnam, through to her late 80’s and was still able to lead her own Stock Club.
