Danielle Collins brings six years of recruiting experience to the table. Positive, motivated, and outgoing are three words she'd use to describe herself. She is also a Steelers fan - no boo'ing allowed!
Q: Why do you do the job you do?
A: I recruit because I could not imagine a position that could give me more satisfaction everyday! Connecting and building relationships with people is something that doesn’t just stop when I leave the office. I truly enjoy people!
Q: What is one piece of advice you wish you could tell your younger self?
A: GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE!
Q: Who is your biggest inspiration?
A: My Stepmother Maureen is my biggest inspiration. She is an ER Nurse who is tough as nails. She is what I would define as a survivor in so many ways. She inspires me to stop sweatin’ the small stuff and keep a smile on even when no one is watching. 😊 She constantly reminds me to choose happiness every day.
Q: What are you passionate about?
A: I really enjoy painting; and have several of my own pieces around my home; Also, anything fun to do with my German Shepherd Koda 😊
