Q: Why do you do the job you do?
A: My role at Vaco is dynamic. I manage digital marketing, client engagement, consultant care, sponsorship/community outreach, and event coordination. I see value in each aspect of my position as I am aim to create memorable experiences for others based on their feelings, needs, and wants. I'm constantly evolving/looking for ways to improve. I believe in the collective growth of a community and my ability to add value.
Q: What is one piece of advice you wish you could tell your younger self?
A: You are stronger than you know.
Q: Who is your biggest inspiration?
A: My six year old niece, Emery. I’ve always loved children. They’re raw, unabashedly honest, and constantly taking in the world around them. Emery is more self-aware and sensitive than most adults I know. She inspires me to hold onto the simplest pleasures, to approach situations with an open and loving heart, and to fight for a better future.
Q: Tell me about your passion projects.
A: The creative juices never stop flowing! I’ve turned my Cricut hobby into a small business called punky cuts. As sole-creator, I design, make, and market custom Cricut gifts.
Cassy is currently watching all 24 Marvel movies in chronological order. Her favorite character is Thor's mischievous brother, Loki.
