Hey, friend! Thank you for visiting my page/website! My goal for the rest of my career is to help job seekers level up in their careers and hiring managers unlock their teams’ potential through hiring and leadership.
A little bit about me (if you care): I have been recruiting for 10+ years, with the last 7+ years focused strictly on IT recruiting. I ran some numbers recently, and I estimate I’ve met more than 10,000 IT folks in my career and placed nearly 1,000 individuals in new jobs. I have also had the opportunity to scale divisions 2-3X at every stop in my career at Vaco, so I have a huge passion for leadership and helping teams be as efficient as possible.
When COVID hit in March of 2020, I realized something: while I have a passion and drive to help as many people in IT as possible, I can't help everyone—so I want this website to be a resource for you, even if I or my team cannot help you immediately.
